Payment must be made within the terms specified in the booking confirmation
Guests will receive an email with payment details after the booking is confirmed.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, all details are indicated in the confirmation email.
A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid before arrival, as indicated in the email.
For further payment details, you will receive an email with all the necessary information.
Failure to pay within the specified terms may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without notice.
Cancellation Terms for Budapest
If the cancellation is made 15 days before the arrival date, the guest can cancel free of charge.
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 15 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
Exception: if the guest chooses a non-refundable rate, the full payment will be retained and no refunds will be issued in case of cancellation. The non-refundable period are New years, Christmas and easter, formula 1, Sziget festival

Cancellation Terms for Croatia
If the cancellation is made 60 days before the arrival date, the guest can cancel free of charge.
The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
Exception: if the guest chooses a non-refundable rate, the full payment will be retained and no refunds will be issued in case of cancellation. The non-refundable period are the months of july and agoust.

Damage deposit
For some apartments, a damage deposit is required. This will be communicated via email, as the amount varies for each apartment. The deposit will be refunded via bank transfer within 48 hours after check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection.
